The Russian Federation had given an explanation to the European Commission on the benefits of gas pipeline project "North Stream-2" to European consumers in terms of European strategy of diversification of natural gas supplies, the RF Minister of Energy Aleksandr Novak stated in an interview to Russia-24.
The European Commission, according to Aleksandr Novak, was not sufficiently informed about the nuances of the implementation of the "Nord Stream-2".
