Turkmenistan and SOCAR discuss joint projects

During the meeting of the Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with head of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev, various aspects of cooperation between the two countries in the energy sector, transport and communications sector, the prospects for the implementation of mutually beneficial joint projects in these areas, intended to promote the sustainable economic development of the whole Caspian region, have been discussed. This was reported by the Government of Turkmenistan.

The information notes that the head of SOCAR stressed the sincere interest of his company in establishing full-scale cooperation with Turkmenistan - a reliable and promising partner, which has a huge resource and economic potential.
