Rosneft and Transneft agree on extension of a bend from ESPO to China

On Friday, the Rosneft’s Head Igor Sechin and the Transneft’s President Nikolay Tokarev signed agreements, aimed at implementation of strategic plans on extension of oil transportation to China.
