Global energy markets to face the “century of welfare”

Global energy markets to face the “century of welfare”, M. Librache, founder of Bloomberg New Energy Finance said. 3 recent tendencies are the evidence to that.

First, fuel becomes cheaper as the prime cost of its extraction is falling, and the current stock exchange prices for energy products are the consequence of this tendency, he thinks.

Second, by 2040 recoverable sources of energy will start to dominate in the market and thus will cause problems for operator of energy networks.

Third, the global demand for electric energy becomes smooth, losing the connections with the dynamics of the economic growth of certain countries, and the world in general.

M. Librach said that the oil prices are likely to stay closes to $50/barrel than $90. Recoverable energy will occupy larger stake in the market.
