Signing of the contract to develop the block of oil and gas fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea between SOCAR and its partners will be held before the end of this year. This was said by the first vice president of SOCAR Khoshbakht Yusifzade on Wednesday.
