Turkmenistan increases oil production

In the first nine months of 2015, the oil production in Turkmenistan made up 9.76 million tons. That's by almost 600 thousand tons more than in the same period last year.

The report notes that the significant increase in the production of hydrocarbons - by 6.5% - was achieved by a number of factors. In particular, large investments are annually directed to technical re-equipment of the domestic fuel and energy complex, including the purchase of equipment, materials, specialized technique.
