Iran plans to increase the production of petrochemical products in the country to $ 70 billion over the next 20 years. This was stated by Minister of Petroleum of Islamic Republic Bijan Namdar Zangene, speaking at the opening of the 12th Iranian Petrochemical Forum in Tehran.

"Iran plans to increase the production of petrochemical products in the country to $ 70 billion over the next 20 years, which implies a huge leap in the industry. To achieve these goals will require significant investment, the introduction of modern technologies and modern marketing," - said the Minister.
