From February 1, export oil duty in Russia may decrease to $386.3 per 1 ton

According to the average price of monitoring and tax manoeuvre, provided for from 2014, from February 1, the export oil duty in Russia may decrease by $8.5 to $386.3 per 1 ton, taking into account coefficient of 0.59.
