NOVATEK closed the deal on the sale of a share of “Yamal LNG”

OAO “NOVATEK” has announced about the close of a deal on a sale of 12% participation share in “Yamal LNG” to “CNODC”, CNPC’s subsidiary. The share of shareholders of OAO “Yamal LNG” makes up (after closing): NOVATEK – 60%, Total – 20%, CNPC – 20%.
