Prices of regulated petroleum, oil, and lubricants in Kazakhstan not to rise until the end of Q1

The Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies (APEM) has confirmed its intention not to change regulated prices of petroleum, oil, and lubricants till the end of the first quarter of the current year in Kazakhstan, APEM’s Deputy Chairman Amanzhol Alpysbayev reported at the briefing on Wednesday.
