Russian State Duma is going to create an integrator to control shelf projects

Russian State Duma and producers of oil and gas equipment for shelf propose to create a national integrator that would manage shelf projects for the benefit of Russian participants of the market and country’s economy in general.
Federal program on creation of domestic technique and technological complex for exploration, development, construction and operation of offshore fields, is considered a necessary measure.
