Gazprom to appeal decision on admission of Rosneft to its pipeline on Sakhalin

Subsidiary of Gazprom and operator of the" Sakhalin-2 project - Sakhalin Energy (50% plus one share belong to Gazprom) - has appealed in the Supreme Court the decision of the lower district court, according to which the operator of the Sakhalin-2 project must provide access to the state-owned company Rosneft to free capacity of Sakhalin Energy, the RIA Novosti reported, referring to the Supreme Court.
