An important transport hub was put in operation at Evraz KGOK

A new end product channel at a sintering plant was launched at Evraz KGOK within the frame of a project on an increase of ore production and processing.
New end product transportation junction is used for a transportation of pellet (one of the types of end product at the enterprise) between the buildings of the workshops with about 30 meters of level difference. The length of the route makes up over 100 meters, the width of the band makes up 1.4 meters, the belt angle reaches 30°. Technical re-equipment has been carried out for 2.5 months. There have been installed 2 high-powered steeply inclined Z-shape conveyors instead of 4 plate conveyors. The construction peculiarities of the conveyor allows for no pellet spillage while transporting.
