Placement of Rosneft’s bonds of the 07th and 08th series for 30 billion rubles to start on March 22

The placement of ten-year bonds of Rosneft of the 07th and 08th series in the total amount of 30 billion rubles will start on March 22, 2013, the company reports. The order book will be opened on March 18-19. The benchmark of the coupon rate is 7.90-8.10% per annum. This corresponds to the yield to five-year put of 8.06-8.26% per annum.
