Russian Antimonopoly Service permits Neftisa to buy 8 oil-producing assets

The Russian Antimonopoly Service has granted the request of M.Gutseriev on the purchase of 8 oil companies.
Neftisa received the right to acquire 94.47% of Severneftegas’ voting shares, 100% of Novosibirskneftegaz’s voting shares, 90% of Samararostopprom’s voting shares, 100% Common oilfield energy systems, 90% of Sibintek, 90 % of Komnedra’s voting shares and 100% of the Chedty neft’s voting shares.
