Ukraine increased its quarterly ferroalloy production by 43%.

In January - March 2014 the Ukrainian ferroalloy enterprises increased their production compared with the same period last year by 43% to 260 tons, according to the materials of Ukrainian Ferroalloys Producers Association (UFPA).
In particular, the production of silicomanganese increased by 32.5 % to 190.5 thousand tons, of ferromanganese - by 20.6 % to 25.2 tons, the production of ferrosilicon (45%) - by 2.7 times to 44.3 thousand tons.
