Miller clearly defines Gazprom’s pricing policy concerning the EU

Head of the Russian gas corporation Gazprom Alexei Miller has warned the European Union against attempts to challenge pricing. He pointed out that the European Commission’s attempts to strictly regulate the pricing model will have the opposite effect and can lead to increase in the average cost of energy source for all EU member states, the Financial Times transmits.

"On Monday, the company’s head Alexei Miller made a warning against the background of the preparation of a landmark antitrust lawsuit by the EU, involving allegations against Gazprom that it overstated prices for buyers in Eastern Europe," - the newspaper writes.
