The report, spread on Tuesday, says that the Russian Ministry of External Affairs was entrusted to inform Baku about determination of the contract. During the years of effect of the agreement, Baku transported about 2.5 million tons per year. The reason of this was wish of Baku to review tariffs or create an oil bank. The point is the fact that high-quality Azerbaijani oil mixed with less quality Russian oil in Novorossiysk and lost in price because of that.
