It is unlikely that in 2015 Naftogaz Ukrainy will receive funding from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to fill its underground gas storages for the winter - the Bank doesn’t see any progress in the reforming of the company, which is a condition for the provision of funds, a source in the Ukrainian branch of the Bank reports.

"Now the main problem is that Naftogaz doesn’t want to reform itself. But without reforms, they won’t get the money," - he said.
