Lukoil starts drilling at Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea

Lukoil has started the drilling of the first production well at the field n.a. Filanovsky in the Caspian Sea, the company’s press release states.
"It is carried out from the offshore ice-resistant stationary platform (LSP-1)," - the company said.
