Manturov: Gazprom and PTT could construct gas pipelines together

​The Minister of Industry and Trade, D. Manturov, thinks that a new agreement should be signed instead of the expired agreement between Gazprom and PTT (Thailand).

Gazprom could participate in the construction of a gas pipeline that will connect the deposits at the shelf of Thailand with domestic regions of the country, and PTT – in the project “Vladivostok LNG”, D. Manturov said at the meeting of the Russia-Thailand committee for 2-party cooperation.

“Aiming for the consideration of an opportunity for cooperation in the gas sector for a long-term perspective instead of the expired agreement between Gazprom and PTT as of 2005, a new agreement should be signed”, Mr. Manturov said.
