The Ukraine increases export of ferrous metal products to the EU states by 14%

In the first six months, the positive balance of foreign trade of the Ukraine made up $5.68 billion (the export was $28.6 billion, the import - $28.05 billion). In comparison with the first six months of 2013, the export decreased by 5.2%, and the imports by 17.9%.

The State Statistics Service reports this on its website.

Over the past six months, the export of Ukrainian goods to the EU states amounted to 33.1% of total exports, while in the first six months of 2013 this volume was only 27.3%.
