Ministry of Finance: anti-crisis reserves to be used to support oil and gas industry

In 2015, due to the introduction of the ban on funded part of pensions, the state will save 309 billion rubles. This money will be partially used to fill the anti-crisis reserve, the Finance Minister, Anton Siluanov stated.

In turn, the resources of the anti-crisis reserve, if necessary, will be used to support the major oil and gas companies, as well as the financial sector of the country. The anti-crisis reserve will be formed including the funds, accumulated in the amount of 243 billion rubles in 2014, and also due to budget allocations that weren’t executed in 2014, the head of the Ministry noted. 100 billion rubles will be transferred to the reserve.
