Oil export duty from Russia might fall to $91.5/ton
From October 1st 2015 oil export duty might fall by $17.7 to $91.5/ton from $109.2/ton in September.
The average price of the monitoring on August 15-September 14 made up $45.32225/barrel or $330.9/ton, the expert of the Ministry of Finance, A. Sakovich, said.
The preferential duty for oil from the Eastern Siberia, Caspian deposits and Prirazlomny deposit was zeroed from February 1st due to the change of duty rate due to the tax maneuver. These rates, according to the new formula, will stay zero, if the average oil price is lower than $65. The duty for LPG was also zeroed.
The export duty for super viscous from October 1st will fall to $11.3 from $13.7/ton.
