The Ukraine is going to become gas exporter

In the future, the Ukraine intends to reduce the volume of natural gas import three or four times, but it will happen due to its own gas production and implementation of energy efficiency measures. This was stated by deputy head of the Naftogaz’s Board Sergei Kanovets at the "round table" on September 15.
"The Ukraine has a great potential to increase the production, and if this potential is actually used, by our estimates, for around 5-7 years it will be possible to significantly increase the production to - now it is 20 billion cubic meters - about 25 -27 billion cubic meters,"- said Kanovets.
