From November 1st, export duty on oil to decrease by $20.5

From November 1, the export duty on crude oil may decrease by $20.5 to $395.9 per ton, the average monitoring price and export duty calculation formula show. Today the export oil duty is $416 per ton..

According to the expert of  Russian Ministry of Finance Alexander Sakovich, from September 15 until October 14, 2013, the average price of the monitoring was $108.73786/barrel ($793.8 per ton). Thus, the Russian Government is likely to set the export at the level of $395.9/ton.
