On October 16, Rosneft Board of Directors will discuss bonds placement. Besides from that, the Board will agree the bonds prospectus and will the make a decision about the transactions of the company.
In June, Rosneft placed bonds for 40 billion rubles, in 3 rubles issues: series one at a rate of 10 million bonds with face value of 1,000 rubles, and series 9 and 10 at a rate of 15 million bonds each with face value of 1,000 rubles. The bonds are issued with circulation period of 10 years. The securities can be paid off earlier under the decision of the issuer.
