Putin to open polymer plant in Tobolsk

The president of Russia arrived in Tyumen and then onto Tobolsk, where he confirmed the development programme of the former provincial capital as the tourist centre of Western Siberia 10 years ago. This time the president is going to take part in the ceremonial launch of the largest plant in Eurasia on polypropylene production and will carry out a meeting on the development of the Russian petrochemistry.
During the visit he is going to attend the plant “Tobolsk-Polymer”, the modern enterprise of the petrochemical industry and get acquainted with the manufacturing lines of propylene production.
