The Government has returned to the issue of preferences for cars on gas motor fuel
The delegates intend to stimulate gas consumption inside the country by means of preferences for car owners working on gas motor fuel.
The idea suggests introducing amendments to part 2 of article 358 of the Tax Code and has already been submitted for the Government approval.
On May 13th 2013 the Government decided to work out a complex of measures for the expansion of use of gas motor fuel.
They thought in the regions that it is necessary to reduce transport tax rates for cars using natural gas but didn’t know where to get this money from.
So the tax was reduced in 9 regions and only for transport operators.
The reduction varied from 10% to 100%.
