"Rosneft" comes to fight the monopoly.

The company challenged the authority of "Rosgeologiya" in FAS.

"Rosneft" through the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) started struggle with the consolidation of contracts for exploration of mineral resources unexplored by the state "Rosgeologiya". And speaking against monopolies, the oil company, among other things, fears the opposite: that it will lead to the liberalization of access to the shelf. FAS began the case on the complaint of "Rosneft", but sources of "the Kommersant" doubt the rapid resolution of the dispute: the RF Ministry of Natural Resources, standing on the side of "Rosgeologiya", has substantial support in the government.
