Russia, which owns a 20% stake in Russia's largest port operator NCSP Group is preparing an agreement on their transfer to discretionary management of the state-owned company "Transneft", which already controls about 35% of the shares of the port, Olga Dergunova, the head of the RF Federal Property Management Agency, told reporters, according to Reuters.
