Odessa refinery transferred to Ukrtransnaftaprodukt

Court gave permission for the transfer of all immovable property and land of the Odessa refinery, which was seized by Kiev Pechersk district court in April 2014, in the custody of the state represented by state-owned enterprise Ukrtransnaftaprodukt. The corresponding decision was made by the Primorsky District Court of Odessa on November 13.
