Oil export duty in Russia to fall by 17% from 2016

From January 2016 the Russian oil companies will be able to export oil at a lowered rate. The export duty will fall by 17% to $73.3/ton.
In December 2015 the duty makes up $88.4/ton. A. Sakovich from the department of the Customs-tariff and Tax Policy of the Ministry of Finance, said that a tons of Urals is sold at $287.7, in early November it was $323.6/ton.
He said that the zero export duty stays for a number of deposits in the Eastern Siberia and Caspian region. The export duty for the supply of super viscous oil will also be reduced in Jan 2016 from $10.9 to $8.7/ton. LPG will be exported at zero duty.
The Ministry of Finance suggested increasing the export duty ate until the end of 2015.
