Transneft – East, subsidiary company of Transneft began construction of the access road to the pumping station (NPS) № 6 in the Irkutsk region.
Work carried out in the framework of the capacity expansion of the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline to 80 million tons / year of oil.
Now under construction 3 NPC - №3, №6, №9.
