The Ukraine maps out to attract up to $2 billion into the construction of a new oil processing plant on the south of the country. E.Stavistsky, Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine said.
It became known earlier that Chinese oil company PetroChina is interested in the construction of a new oil processing plant on the territory of the Ukraine.
