Demchishin wants to cancel discount on Ukrainian oil

Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Vladimir Demchishin have endorsed the project of changes in the organization of auctions for the sale of Ukrainian energy sources. The project, in particular, implies the elimination of the existing 15% discount on oil, produced by Ukrnafta, as well as the standard of joint with the Ministry of Economics, Trade and Industry exchanges accreditation.

"Delete the words "the conversion factor of 0.85", - the draft changes says. The determination of the average price remains the same: in the case of absence of supply, the average price of Brent for 15 days is taken.
