Export of Sakhalin gas rose sharply in January

The Customs Office of Sakhalin registered a rise of external cargo turnover from the  beginning of this year, sources in the Internet write.

The growth is due to the rise of the export volumes, of mainly LNG which is shipped in the framework of the PSA.

If in Jan 2014 LNG was not exported, in Jan 2015, 540 thousand tons of gas for $306 mln were exported.
