In March the RF Deputy Prime Minister, Arkady Dvorkovich will receive the recommendations of the RF Ministry of Energy for working with high-sulfur oil. "Transneft" and most of the oil companies propose to build a separate pipeline for its exports and to introduce a new grade, RBK informs.

On March 10th, the RF Ministry of Energy should transfer Arkady Dvorkovich the suggestions on improving the quality of oil in the pipeline system. In 2014 he was instructed to study the option of building a pipeline to Ust-Luga (from Tatarstan) for the pumping of sour crude oil. After consultation with the relevant officials and companies the usefulness of this option will be discussed at a government meeting. The RF Ministry of Energy held the last meeting on the subject on February 10th.
