“Gazprom” increased gas export to Western Europe by 10.9% to 130.052 billion cubic meters in 2015, runs the company’s statement.
Western Europe is still the largest sales market for “Gazprom”. The main consumer of the Russian gas in the region is Germany (+17.1% to 45.314 bln cubic meters), Italy (+12.6% to 24.418 bln cubic meters) and France (+36.7% to 9.704 bln cubic meters) in 2015. This region also includes Turkey, according to Gazprom. There was supplied 27.015 billion cubic meters of gas in 2015 (-1.2%).
