Lukoil might close the deal on the purchase of fuel stations in Europe in Q2

​We sell fuel stations where there is no our resource, and purchase in the area of logistics of our oil refineries, the Vice-President said.

In Q2 2016 Lukoil might close the deal on the purchase of a network of fuel stations in the Netherlands and the Benelux, the first Vice-President V. Nekrasov said.

We purchase about 250 fuel stations in the Netherlands and the Benelux, he said.

Previously Lukoil sold a network of fuel stations in the Ukraine and a number of other countries. In early February LUKOIL Europe Holdings BV and AMIC Energy Management GmbH signed a contract on the sale of about 230 fuel station in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland. The deal will be closed in Q2 2016 after the approval of the regulation bodies of these countries.

This is not the first deal of Lukoil with AMIC. In April 2015 Lukoil announced of the closing of the deal with a company from Austria on the sale of 100% of Lukoil-Ukraine. The deal was closed when FAS of the Ukraine issued its permit.
