Novatek increased its board

​The Board of Directors of Novatek decided to increase the membership of its management from 8 to 9 people.

The Board also decided to preliminarily terminate the powers of M. Popov and introduce S. Protosenya and L. Feodosiev into the management.

Taking into account these decisions, the membership of Novatek is the following:

1. L. Mekhelson – chairman;
2. A. Fridman – 1st deputy chairman;
3. V. Baskov – deputy chairman;
4. M. Jetway - deputy chairman;
