Rosneft plans to close the deal on entering into the capital of India's Essar Oil before the end of June 2016 in the case of receipt of all necessary approvals, the Russian company reports.
In July 2015, Rosneft signed a number of agreements with Essar, according to which the Russia's largest oil company will enter the capital of Essar’s oil refinery in the city of Vadinar with a share of up to 49% and will deliver it 10 million tons of oil annually for 10 years.
