Silk Road Fund bought 9.9% in “Yamal LNG”

NOVATEK clinched a deal on the sale of 9.9% in “Yamal-LNG” to the Chinese Silk Road Fund. It earned EUR1.087 billion. It was for the first time, when the company disclosed the information on the amount of the fund immediately. When French Total and Chinese CNPC joined the project the sum became known at a later date.
