US State Department thinks about new sanctions against Russia
The US State Department has concerned about what other anti-Russian sanctions can be imposed because of the situation, related to the return of the Crimea to Russia. According to the State Department, the situation "doesn’t change for the last two years". This was reported by "Maidan" Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, who in her time handed out cookies to participants of the “revolution” in Kiev.
"We will continue to explore what we can do," - said Nuland at a hearing in the Senate, responding to the question about which other sanctions the State Department may still apply against Russia in connection with the situation in the Crimea, as the Crimea is not going "to return" to the Ukraine.
