Rosneft’s Board of Directors can give itsrecommendations about dividends for 2012 in the end of April, a source close to the plans of the Board says.
In the beginning of April, the President of the company, I. Sechin said that Rosneft was going to pay for 2012 dividends of 25% of net profit by ISA, that was 342 billion rubles last year, by 7% more than in 2011.
The annual shareholders session will be on June 20, and the registry is closed on May 6.
