Turkmenistan speeds up the works to launch the huge gas deposit of Galkynysh (Rebirth) with geological reserves in the amount of over 26 trillion cubic meters of gas. “Industrial gas production at this deposit follows the country’s strategic plans to increase supplies of Turkmen energy resources to world markets, and diversify routes of gas exports,” –the President, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated at the video-telephone conference, which was shown on TV today.
