EWE to buy 10.52% of gas distribution VNG’s shares from Gazprom

"EWE and Gazprom Germania have signed a corresponding agreement. Both companies declined to disclose the purchase price," – EWE reports.
EWE owns 63.69% stake in VNG. After completion of the transaction, the EWE’s share will increase to 74.2%. The deal was approved by the Boards of both companies, but the Gazprom’s Board hasn’t yet approved the deal, EWE informs.
