Explosion occurs at refinery in the Irkutsk region

An explosion has occurred at a refinery in Angarsk in the Irkutsk region. According to preliminary data, one person was killed and four others were injured, the RIA Novosti reports, referring to a source in law enforcement agencies in the region.
