Gazpromneft wants to attract Central Bank’s funds to upgrade Omsk refinery

Gazpromneft has applied to the Ministry of Energy for funds through project financing mechanism for the modernization of the Omsk refinery, chairman of the company’s Board Alexander Dyukov reports.

According to him, the decision on the application hasn’t yet been received, authorized bank will be VTB. A representative of the Ministry of Energy confirmed the receipt of the application.
