R.Minnikhanov, president of Tatarstan counts upon stabilization of oil prices at the current level.
According to him, the cost of 1 barrel of oil within $30 is not a “fair price”. Today’s price is more or less positive. If it is at this level, the situation could be not so bad,” TASS reports citing the head of the region.
